About the role
SYSTRA – Project Management Consultancy for the Mumbai‑Ahmedabad High Speed Rail SCADA system. The Site Engineer assists the Chief Expert with design review, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and interfacing of the SCADA system, and coordinates statutory approvals and agency interactions. Based in Surat, Gujarat, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Assist chief expert in SCADA design review
- Support installation, integration, testing and commissioning of SCADA
- Interface SCADA with electrical subsystems and approve documents
- Verify completed work and prepare contractor payment requests
- Obtain statutory approvals and coordinate with agencies
- Stand in for chief expert during absence
- Assist section engineer with assigned tasks
What you’ll bring
Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma) in Electrical or equivalent
Nice to have
5 years experience with SCADA implementation in rail‑based transit projects (or 7 years with diploma)
