About the role
Weekday AI client team drives enterprise application quality across multiple product lines. Leads QA strategy, builds automation frameworks with Playwright/Selenium, and mentors QA engineers to embed testing throughout the SDLC. Works on-site in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Delhi.
What you’ll do
- Define enterprise QA strategies and standards
- Mentor and lead QA teams
- Design and maintain automation frameworks
- Drive performance testing and scalability validation
- Collaborate with engineering and product for quality integration
- Implement Shift‑Left and TDD/BDD practices
- Monitor metrics and recommend process improvements
- Participate in architecture reviews and release planning
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years software testing
- Leadership of QA teams
- Automation with Playwright or Selenium
- Framework development using BDD tools
- Performance testing with JMeter
- Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git CI/CD experience
- Shift‑Left testing, TDD/BDD expertise
- Strong analytical and communication skills
