About the role

What you’ll do

  • Work directly with Founders on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations
  • Build business analyses, presentations, and dashboards for leadership
  • Identify bottlenecks and take ownership of high-priority projects

What you’ll bring

  • 0–3 years of experience
  • Prior Founder’s/CEO’s Office experience preferred
  • Cross-functional exposure to Product, Sales, or Strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
