About the role
AI Platform Engineering team builds next‑generation AI‑powered platforms and cloud‑native backend systems. The Software Engineer designs scalable architectures, develops Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines, and implements event‑driven services using LangChain, AWS Bedrock, and other modern AI frameworks. Remote work from India, fully remote, with collaborative cross‑functional environment.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop scalable AI‑powered backend applications
- Build and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines
- Implement event‑driven architectures and integration patterns
- Deploy and manage cloud‑native services on AWS
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years backend development
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, AWS Bedrock
- Proficiency in distributed systems and event‑driven design
- Hands‑on with AWS services, Redis, Temporal, Athena
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
