About the role

Information Development team at Nasdaq Technology drives digital product documentation and Help Center content for Nasdaq Eqlipse solutions. The Specialist creates and publishes Help Center articles, manages release cycles, coordinates with global teams, and leads local practices in Mumbai. Mumbai, India, on-site role with occasional travel to Sweden and other locations.

What you’ll do

• Own Help Center release management and ensure on‑time delivery
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and coordination for Mumbai team
• Plan releases, update Jiras, review scope and approve content
• Partner with developers, analysts and product teams to create and improve articles
• Work in structured authoring and version‑controlled environments

What you’ll bring

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Experience in technical writing or information development
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently in fast‑moving environment
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork
• Experience improving processes or workflows
