About the role
Business Consulting PI - TMT at EY helps technology, media, entertainment and telecom firms transform through agile strategies, data protection and M&A enablement. The Senior Consultant/Manager leads cross‑functional transformation programs across R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial for global life‑sciences clients, overseeing planning, governance, stakeholder alignment and value realization. Bengaluru, on‑site, full‑time role with relocation support for Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurgaon candidates.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end program management for R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial workstreams
- Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies and risks
- Establish governance including RAID logs, executive updates and steering forums
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, operations and technology teams
- Manage program financials and benefits realization
- Drive process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support transitions, knowledge transfer and stabilization phases
- Identify risks and drive mitigation across functions
What you’ll bring
- 8-14 years program management or transformation experience
- Cross‑functional stakeholder management across R&D, Commercial and Supply Chain
- Life sciences/pharma domain exposure
- Experience with ERP, CRM and data platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Veeva)
- Strong structured problem‑solving and consulting delivery
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
