About the role

Tax Services at Armanino India LLP provides comprehensive tax advisory and compliance for private equity clients. The Senior Tax Associate reviews partnership and corporation tax returns, identifies planning opportunities, and develops tax strategies while coaching junior staff. Based in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, India, this role follows an on-site work model with occasional hybrid flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Perform technical review of partnership and corporation tax returns
• Identify and research common tax issues in client engagements
• Develop tax planning frameworks aligned with client goals
• Assist in developing new delivery capabilities and market channels
• Support practice strategy, objectives, and budget planning
• Provide consultation on business and individual tax transactions
• Develop responses to IRS and regulatory audits
• Coach team members and promote personal development

What you’ll bring

• Certified Public Accountant (US) or Chartered Accountant
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Tax or Finance
• Minimum 3 years public accounting tax experience
• Expert knowledge of Gosystem
• Experience with target, carried interest and 704(c) tax allocation
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
