About the role
The Airbnb ACC Enterprise Ops team delivers safe, quality stays and exceptional experiences for travelers worldwide by increasing supply effectiveness through people-powered operations. As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will review Experience onboarding funnels, assess listing readiness against policy, design, and regulatory requirements, and ensure key performance metrics are met. You will also support operational workstreams, flag workflow improvements, and build domain knowledge across platform processes and systems. This role is based in Gurugram, India.
What you’ll do
- Review onboarding funnels for incoming Experiences and evaluate their readiness for listing on Airbnb, ensuring all policy, design, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure key performance metrics are consistently met across Operations workflows.
- Develop a strong understanding of domain knowledge, including core processes, procedures, and systems, while building familiarity across relevant areas of the Platform, Function, or Business Unit.
- Support complex and nascent workstreams using operational diligence and expertise-driven decision-making.
- Drive the quality and effectiveness of own work by proactively identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate implementation of solutions to enhance team efficiency.
- Support ad hoc projects based on business needs, with roles and responsibilities aligned to specific project requirements.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations or a relevant field.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, QA standards, and operational guidelines.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb training on new tools and processes.
- Agile and adaptive thinker able to respond to evolving business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
