About the role
Tag Software Group is a team of investors and operators focused on acquiring and growing mission‑critical software companies. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will design, implement and secure cloud and on‑premises infrastructure for multiple SaaS products, automate provisioning with IaC, and support CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with engineering, product and support teams. Remote, India.
What you’ll do
- Design, implement and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on‑premises infrastructure
- Automate provisioning, configuration and deployment using IaC and scripting
- Monitor health, troubleshoot issues and perform root‑cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost and resilience
- Develop disaster recovery, backup and business continuity solutions
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship and on‑call support
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years infrastructure/cloud/DevOps experience
- Strong Azure and/or AWS expertise
- Windows Server and Linux administration
- Networking, security, VPN, firewall, DNS knowledge
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation)
- Docker and Kubernetes proficiency
- CI/CD automation experience
- Production SaaS support
