Squircle IT Consulting Services, a leading ERP and BI solutions provider, is seeking a Java Tech Lead to drive high‑quality Java development initiatives. The role involves architecting and implementing J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Web Services solutions on Oracle, while mentoring a team of developers and ensuring best‑practice code standards. Based in Pune, India, this is an on‑site, full‑time position.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and architecture of Java applications
• Develop and maintain high‑quality codebases
• Mentor and guide development team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

What you’ll bring

• 7-9 years Java development experience
• Hands‑on J2EE, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services
• Oracle database expertise
• Team leadership and individual contributor capabilities
• Banking domain exposure (optional)
• Relevant certifications (preferred)

Skills
