About the role

Jupiter Life Line Hospitals' Supply Chain team ensures uninterrupted operations by sourcing and procuring materials, goods, and services. The Executive, Supply Chain manages vendor relationships, negotiates contracts, monitors inventory, and coordinates purchase orders across stores, production, and finance. Thane, Maharashtra, India, on-site role with occasional travel to supplier sites.

What you’ll do

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate cost‑effective terms
• Generate and process purchase orders and related documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for procurement planning
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to avoid shortages
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance
• Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and cost analysis
• Track orders and resolve delivery, quality, or pricing issues

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years procurement experience
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or procurement software
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
