Trip Operations Executive

About the role

The Trip Operations Executive role is part of the Operations team, focused on coordinating and monitoring daily trip operations, ensuring timely vehicle movement, supporting drivers and customers, and maintaining operational efficiency in logistics and transportation. Day-to-day work includes managing trips from pickup to delivery, coordinating with drivers and internal teams, tracking vehicle movements, resolving operational issues, and maintaining trip records and reports. The position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and is a full-time role welcoming freshers.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and manage daily trip operations from pickup to delivery
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trip execution
• Track vehicle movements and provide timely status updates
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required
• Maintain trip records, operational reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards
• Follow up on trip delays, exceptions, and customer queries
• Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
