About the role

Galaxy Digital Services is building internal automation and tooling to support its global production support operation for cryptocurrency and AI workloads. The Production Support Engineer will develop Python scripts, bots and lightweight apps, improve observability, and automate tasks across Kubernetes/EKS, while also handling incident response and on‑call duties. Mumbai, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll bring

5+ years production support or engineering experience, preferably in finance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
Strong Python and SQL skills
Hands‑on Kubernetes experience
Incident response and root‑cause analysis experience
