Senior Client Services Manager

About the role

Cielo, the world's leading Talent Acquisition Partner, seeks a Senior Client Services Manager to lead geographically dispersed recruitment teams across APAC. This role ensures operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction by managing client relationships, driving hiring strategies, and overseeing team performance in a hybrid setup based in Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Lead recruiting operations capabilities including sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Manage and coach a geographically dispersed recruitment team across APAC
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple APAC markets
• Serve as a trusted advisor providing market insights and recruitment strategy recommendations
• Oversee recruitment metrics, reporting, and P&L management
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes
• Support workforce planning discussions and hiring forecasts through data and insights
• Proactively identify and address risks, challenges, and aging requisitions

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, HR, or RPO
• Experience managing virtual and on-site teams across multiple locations and cultures
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders in complex environments
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or global shared services (GCC/GBS) environments

Nice to have

• Experience supporting APAC recruitment programs, Shared Services, GCC, or GBS environments
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to manage escalations and drive operational excellence
