Group/Lead Product Manager

About the role

The Group/Lead Product Manager at this fast-growing consumer technology company will lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers while driving product excellence across multiple initiatives. Day-to-day work includes leading product initiatives, reviewing PRDs and roadmaps, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and coaching teams on structured problem-solving and product decision-making. The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What you’ll do

• Lead multiple product initiatives across the organization
• Mentor and develop APMs, PMs, interns, and junior Product Managers
• Strengthen collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams
• Review PRDs, product strategy, execution plans, and roadmap prioritization
• Drive product quality, execution excellence, and product thinking across teams
• Coach teams on structured problem-solving and product decision-making
• Own business outcomes across multiple product areas

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience mentoring or managing Product Managers, APMs, or interns
• Strong Product-Engineering collaboration experience
• Excellent PRD writing and review capability
• Strong systems thinking and product architecture understanding
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management

Nice to have

Background in Gaming, Consumer Internet, D2C, or High-growth technology startups
