Senior Executive, Formulation Development

About the role

Formulation Development team at Apotex focuses on creating high-quality pharmaceutical products through rigorous documentation and cGMP compliance. The Senior Executive prepares master documents, SOPs, reports, and manages inventory while supporting technicians and ensuring safety and regulatory standards. Bangalore, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote tasks as needed.

What you’ll do

• Prepare SOPs, formats, protocols, reports, master formulas
• Maintain equipment inventory and issue logs
• Generate purchase indents in SAP for raw and packaging materials
• Support sub‑ordinates in equipment and process training
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years technical writing in pharma/GMP
• 8-10 years formulation development experience

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
