About the role

The Senior Email Marketing Specialist designs, executes and measures B2B and B2C email campaigns, manages lead nurturing programs, and reports on performance metrics. Hyderabad, Telangana, India, on-site, hybrid schedule with US stakeholder collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Develop and manage end-to-end email campaigns
- Create and optimize lead nurturing workflows
- Measure and report key metrics such as deliverability and conversion rates
- Collaborate with US stakeholders on strategy and execution
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years email marketing experience
- Strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency with Pardot and Salesforce
- Experience with B2B and B2C acquisition programs
- Ability to analyze and report campaign performance
