About the role
Join Amazon's Withholding Tax team within the Foreign Reporting Group in Hyderabad to support global local tax teams on compliance and analysis projects. The role involves monthly vendor payment reviews, managing withholding tax filings and audits, and staying updated on tax law changes. This is a full-time position based in our Hyderabad office.
What you’ll do
- Monthly review of vendor payments for withholding tax assessment
- Undertake withholding tax compliances including payments and filings
- Support withholding tax considerations for new countries and projects
- Manage internal and external withholding tax audits
- Stay updated on tax law changes and adjust processes
- Undertake withholding tax account reconciliations
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
- 4+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
