What you’ll do
- Own budget, headcount, and fiscal planning for India and US stakeholders.
- Drive cross‑org initiatives and special projects for Leadership Team.
- Manage operational cadence: compliance, continuity, headcount admin.
- Design and deliver content for employee engagements and leadership forums.
- Lead Rhythm of Business (RoB) across India and US stakeholders.
- Provide executive briefings and ensure timely follow‑through on action items.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in financial management, business planning, operations, strategy, or related roles.
- Proven experience leading cross‑org strategic initiatives.
- 8+ years in Program Management, Corporate Strategy, or Business Excellence.
- Strong executive‑level presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across virtual, cross‑functional teams.
- Solid program management, problem‑solving, and financial acumen.
