About the role
Market Area Managed Services Leadership Team at Ericsson, responsible for leading the Managed Services Business Operations across India, South‑East Asia and Oceania. Designs, leads and continuously transforms the operating model, drives Target Zero and OHS programs, and oversees financial planning, workforce capacity, risk management and customer satisfaction. Sydney, Australia (multiple sites) – hybrid model with travel across the region, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Design and continuously improve the Managed Services operating model
- Develop and track Target Zero and OHS programs
- Own unit strategy, financial planning and quarterly forecasts
- Coordinate workforce planning and capacity management across regions
- Implement governance for contracts, KPIs and performance frameworks
- Manage operational risk, business continuity and regulatory compliance
- Act as operational liaison for Finance, People, Strategy and Communications
- Lead transformation, automation and standardization initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years Managed Services or business operations experience
- Senior leadership roles in telecommunications operations
- Proven transformation, automation and digitalization track record
- Strong financial acumen: P&L, budgeting, forecasting
- Expertise in KPI/OKR development and performance management
- Advanced analytical skills with data‑driven decision making
- Stakeholder management at senior executive level
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required
