Senior Analyst - Payroll Operation

About the role

As part of the Group Reward and Benefits Operations team, the Senior Analyst - Payroll Operation supports the Global Benefits Operations team by handling Benefits Purchase Order creation, invoice management and reconciliation, vendor management, report generation, and query management. You will apply HR and payroll operations experience, process engineering, and process simplification to implement standard methodologies and data management strategies that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy across multiple regions and time zones, with a focus on European markets. The role is based in Bangalore, India.

What you’ll do

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all in-scope reporting activities
• Regularly review and update Process Steps, Maps, Work Instructions, Benefits Matrices, Benefit Guides, Factsheets, and FAQs, and conduct necessary training
• Perform all CARM controls and data reconciliations, resolving any issues
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices within agreed timelines to ensure payments are made as per agreed SLAs
• Leverage insights to find opportunities for process and workflow improvements
• Drive significant simplification and efficiency in processes and systems to support the global productivity agenda
• Ensure all controls and processes meet internal and external regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate strong experience with Workday operations to facilitate benefits administration and other processes
