About the role
Seasoned Oracle PPM Architect to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations across global clients. Drives end-to-end PPM implementations, manages multi-track programs, advises CXOs, and builds high-performing teams. Requires deep expertise in Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Resource Management, and integration with Financials, HCM, and Procurement.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
- Manage multi-track transformation programs
- Lead solution design workshops
- Strengthen PPM practice with accelerators and frameworks
- Ensure quality delivery and documentation
- Build high-performing delivery teams
- Collaborate in pre-sales and proposal development
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Oracle PPM (Cloud preferred)
- 8–12+ years overall experience
- Deep expertise in Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Resource Management
Nice to have
- Strong integration knowledge with Financials, HCM, Procurement
- Executive stakeholder management
- Strategic communication and presentation skills
