About the role

As part of Accenture’s Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) industry practice, this role collaborates with leading global Agribusiness and Consumer Packaged Goods clients to define and deliver technology-enabled business transformation. Day-to-day work includes driving business design and assessment (value assessment, business case creation, process re-engineering), providing subject matter expertise across Commodity Trading, Data, AI, and SAP ACM throughout the project lifecycle, engaging clients to scope and define solutions, and supporting business development and proposal generation. The role is based in Bengaluru (with Gurugram and Mumbai also listed as locations).

What you’ll do

Be part of the Agribusiness team, a key sub-industry area within Consumer Goods & Services, driving business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, and business proces
Provide solutions for complex client problems across the Commodity Trading/Data/AI/SAP ACM space throughout the project lifecycle, offering subject matter expertise with strong strategic awareness of
Engage with clients to understand requirements, scope, discover and define solutions, explain business benefits and use cases, and develop roadmaps to meet their goals
Create innovative solution designs that utilize extensive service offerings
Support business development activities by working with sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for multiple transformations
Create proof of concepts and points of view regarding different topics in Agribusiness

What you’ll bring

MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school
Ideal post-MBA experience at DOJ with Accenture totaling 6.5 to 9 years
SAP Agricultural Contract Management (SAP ACM) experience in the agribusiness and food industry
Worked on 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects
Supported large and strategic RFPs/Proposals
Business analysis and functional consulting skills: requirements gathering, business process mapping (as-is/to-be), fit-gap analysis, and workshop facilitation
Agri Enterprise Transformation experience including Commodity Trading & Risk Management and SAP ACM/Agricultural Contract Management
Programme & Project Management: multi-track programme governance and delivery, PMO setup and reporting, risk and issue management, change management, and deployment/go-live coordination

Nice to have

Prior experience of working on 2-3 large scale implementation and delivery programs for global clients
Experience in at least 2 Agribusiness sub sectors: Livestock, Dairy, Grains, Plantations, or Fresh Fruits
Proven success in client-facing roles for 2-3 engagements
Digital Agri Supply Chain exposure: Precision Ag-Tech Assessment, GenAI for Agribusiness, Supply Chain Planning (o9 Solutions, SAP IBP), Data & Analytics platforms (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau)
Agri Commercial Excellence experience: Value Realization Office, Commodity Procurement, Agribusiness Cost to Serve
Platform skills based on current client demand: SAP IBP, SAP EWM, SAP APO PPDS, SAP CFIN/FI-CO, SAP MM, Salesforce CRM, Phaenix+/Coupa, MS Project, Jira/Confluence
Data platform exposure (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage for analytics-facing roles
