Trade and FX Counsellor

The Trade and FX Counsellor acts as the single point of contact for trade-related products, driving product initiatives, managing client portfolios, and supporting sales teams to meet acquisition targets. Based in Thane, Maharashtra, this on-site role involves direct client interaction, stakeholder updates, and training of sales staff, with a focus on revenue and throughput goals.

What you’ll do

• Drive product and marketing initiatives from central teams
• Service trade-related client queries and coordinate with operations and product teams
• Achieve income and foreign currency throughput targets for trade FX products
• Manage portfolio quality including digital activation and product penetration
• Support customer acquisition through collaboration with sales teams
• Provide training to sales and relationship teams as subject matter expert
• Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers
• Evaluate growth strategies via competitor analysis and channel feedback

What you’ll bring

• 10 years experience in trade and FX banking
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers or Management
