About the role

SAP AITH Core Advisory at PwC, the consulting team delivering end‑to‑end SAP Ariba solutions. The Senior Associate SAP Ariba Upstream Consultant designs, implements and maintains Ariba sourcing, contracts and supplier lifecycle modules, configures workflows, and integrates with SAP ECC/S/4HANA via CIG. Works on‑site in Bhubaneswar, collaborating with procurement and IT stakeholders to deliver functional solutions and support.

What you’ll do

• Lead design, implementation and template maintenance of SAP Ariba Upstream modules
• Configure sourcing event templates, RFx and reverse auctions
• Design and maintain contract lifecycle management templates and clauses
• Oversee supplier lifecycle and performance configurations
• Build and manage approval workflow configurations
• Collaborate on ERP integration using CIG/SAP Integration Suite
• Monitor and troubleshoot master data replication and transaction errors
• Assist vendors with registration and onboarding on Ariba Network
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate business logic
• Create test scripts and lead unit, integration and UAT testing
• Provide Level 2/3 functional support for user issues
• Produce executive‑level strategic reports using Ariba reporting engine

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years hands‑on functional experience with SAP Ariba implementations
• 1–2 end‑to‑end Ariba Upstream lifecycle implementations
• Deep expertise in Ariba Sourcing, Contracts and Supplier Lifecycle Management
• Strong foundation in SAP MM concepts and vendor master data
• Practical experience with CIG middleware integration flows
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills
• Adaptability to Agile or DevOps team frameworks
