What you’ll do
- Develop architecture specifications for AI/ML roadmap
- Create microarchitectural power/performance models and evaluate designs
- Partner with hardware, software, compiler, and ML teams for co‑design
- Drive power, performance, and area improvements for compute blocks
- Develop simulation tools and validate silicon solutions
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 4 years experience in architecture or micro‑architecture design of graphics, ML, or low‑precision numerics
- Experience with memory hierarchy, HBM, and DRAM technologies
- Proficiency in C++ and Python
