Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Bangalore to bridge healthcare business needs and technology delivery. The role involves eliciting requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting Agile implementation of PBM solutions. This is an on-site position requiring 6-8 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Partner with stakeholders to define business objectives and solution outcomes
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand workflows and pain points
• Elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Create BRDs, FRDs, workflow diagrams, and requirement traceability matrices
• Analyze processes to recommend improvements for operational efficiency
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate results against requirements
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations and compliance standards

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and process modeling
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, and BPMN/UML tools
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Nice to have

• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability concepts
• SQL, data analysis, and reporting skills
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, or Scrum certifications
