About the role
GBM Private Lending Operations (Loan Documentation) ensures accurate loan transaction processing and risk controls for syndicated corporate loans. The Associate reviews complex loan documentation, performs pre/post‑transaction checks, reconciles cash and positions, and supports automation initiatives. Bengaluru, on-site, relocation assistance may be available.
What you’ll do
- Review and interpret complex credit agreements and loan documentation
- Perform pre/post‑transaction compliance checks
- Reconcile cash, positions and resolve breaks
- Coordinate with business, product control and middle office to resolve issues
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate with borrowers, agents, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare MIS, regulatory and audit reports
- Collaborate with global teams on loan market initiatives
