SAP FICO Consultant

About the role

Kyndryl seeks an SAP FICO Consultant to provide round-the-clock operational support for global enterprise systems across FI/CO, BPC, and S/4HANA Finance. The role involves managing cost centers, executing profitability analyses, driving group reporting, and assisting with month-end financial closures while ensuring data integrity. This is an on-site position based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Greater Noida.

What you’ll do

• Provide dedicated functional support across SAP FI/CO and BPC environments
• Configure and optimize core SAP functionalities for group reporting and profitability tracking
• Translate complex corporate financial processes into robust SAP functional designs
• Monitor and secure integration points to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Provide high-availability technical support during month-end and year-end closing activities
• Execute structured incident management procedures to resolve system disruptions
• Utilize basic ABAP debugging to investigate transactions and isolate performance bugs
• Communicate technical SAP concepts clearly to non-technical finance stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of in-depth experience with SAP FICO, BPC, and S/4HANA Finance
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, consolidation, and profitability analysis
• Proven experience in a 24x7 global enterprise support environment
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and ITIL-based incident management
