About the role
Project Planning Team at GMR Group focuses on delivering infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget. The Junior Manager assists the Planning Head by maintaining master schedules, coordinating with design, contractors and internal stakeholders, and monitoring progress to resolve bottlenecks. Based in Delhi, on-site work model, with occasional travel to project sites as needed.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and update monthly master schedules
- Review contractor schedules and align with master plan
- Monitor timelines, cost, resources and quality, flag deviations
- Coordinate design receipt with central Design & Architecture team
- Facilitate project review meetings and resolve bottlenecks
- Compile and circulate MIS reports for site activities
- Support Head of Projects with process improvement inputs
What you’ll bring
B.Tech./B.E. (Civil) or PG Diploma in Construction Management
Nice to have
- 3-5 years project execution experience
- 2+ years planning function in logistics/real estate/infrastructure
