About the role

Senior Associate Networking Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA is responsible for ensuring client solution requirements meet SLAs through configuration, installation, and break/fix support. The role involves managing larger portions of installations, troubleshooting incidents, and escalating complex issues. It requires moderate experience in networking technologies—routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers—and in technical implementation engineering. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and professional certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIP, or ACMP. Responsibilities include documenting SOPs, maintaining project administration, presenting to client stakeholders, and collaborating with senior resources. The position is hybrid, based in Gurgaon, India, and offers a full‑time employment structure.

What you’ll do

• Owns larger portions of an installation, break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity during project lifecycle
• Takes responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting during project lifecycle
• Escalates complex problems to the relevant third parties.
• Assists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes during ops handover
• Compiles and maintains project administration (Time Capture and feedback to stakeholders)
• Conducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization.
• Expected to take leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice.
• Performs any other related task as required.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field.
• Professional level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP etc.
