About the role
PwC Data & Analytics team builds robust data solutions to turn raw data into actionable insights for clients. As a Senior Associate AWS Data Engineer you will design, build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda and DMS, ensure data integrity and monitoring, and manage high‑volume ingestion workloads. Bengaluru, on‑site, hybrid work model available.
What you’ll do
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services
- Implement direct‑to‑Aurora ingestion strategies
- Ensure data integrity, order, idempotency, recovery
- Build monitoring, validation and reconciliation frameworks
- Manage scalability and throughput for high‑volume workloads
- Own production readiness and end‑to‑end delivery
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years data engineering
- Expert-level SQL development
- Python and PySpark proficiency
- AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, DMS experience
- Designing ETL/ELT pipelines
