What you’ll do

• Manage and drive success of multiple cross‑jurisdiction engagements
• Serve as primary client contact and generate revenue
• Develop, mentor, and train staff and interns
• Perform detailed review and analysis of international tax returns
• Research and document tax issues and provide recommendations
• Maintain compliance with changing tax regulations
• Facilitate cross‑selling of services to other practice areas
• Provide performance feedback and support talent retention

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years experience
• Big 4 or large accounting firm background
• Master's degree in accounting or finance
• Enrolled Agent or CPA certification
• Experience with international tax filings (e.g., 5471, 8865)
• Knowledge of CFC attribution and PFIC reporting
• Proficiency with tax software (CCH Access, Adobe Acrobat)
• Strong verbal and written communication
