SAP FSCD Manager

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is hiring an SAP FSCD Manager in Bengaluru, India, to lead SAP banking and insurance sector engagements. The role involves assessing, designing, and developing SAP FSCD solutions, managing business requirements, and coordinating with onshore process leads and technical teams for implementation, support, and conversion projects. The manager will drive functional and technical delivery of Financial Services in Collection and Disbursement (FSCD) while ensuring strong integration with SAP insurance and finance modules.

What you’ll do

• Drive the Functional/technical aspects for the successful delivery of Financial Services in Collection and Disbursement (FSCD) implementation/Support/Conversion projects
• Assess, design and develop a working SAP FSCD solution for global clients
• Manage business requirements on the Insurance Business process and translate functional requirements into solution design
• Design functional and technical concepts in SAP FSCD
• Interact and communicate with Onshore Process leads and in some cases the end client as part of the implementation cycle
• Coordinate with technical team during the design and build phase
• Familiar with integration of FS-CD with Key SAP insurance modules (FS-CM, FS-PM, FS-RI and FS-ICM) and SAP Finance modules SAP FI

What you’ll bring

• Must have worked in multiple End to End SAP implementations/support and conversion projects
• Experience in SAP FS Collection and Disbursement (FSCD) with excellent understanding of Key accounting processes of FSCD and standards in insurance industry
• In depth knowledge of master data and transactional data in FSCD and the frameworks with which these are processed in FS-CD
• Knowledge on key FSCD processes such as KCLJ, invoicing, dunning, payment plan, payment run, FQevents, broker reports, payment lots, return lots, document posting, subledger account determination, col
• Ability to debug and do high level root cause analysis
• Good techno functional knowledge in the areas of financial accounting within the financial services industry
• Very strong analytical and conceptual skills and experience in leading teams from offshore
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work in a global team
