Regional Technical Service Manager, Additives

About the role

Technical Service team at Arxada supports the Additives and Driers portfolio across South Asia. The manager provides formulation expertise, resolves application challenges, conducts customer training and product demonstrations, and collaborates with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing and Sales to drive product adoption. Mumbai, India, on-site role with regular regional travel.

What you’ll do

• Provide technical support and application expertise to customers across South Asia
• Conduct customer visits, technical seminars, product demonstrations and training sessions
• Partner with commercial teams to support business development and product adoption
• Prepare, evaluate and test paint and coating formulations for performance validation
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing and Sales to align technical information
• Support new product evaluations, customer trials and application development
• Maintain technical reports, project documentation and ensure safety and quality compliance

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years chemical industry experience, preferably paints/coatings/additives
• Hands‑on laboratory formulation and testing experience
• Strong knowledge of paint and coating formulations and additives
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects
