About the role

Quince Sourcing Team drives sustainable, high‑quality product sourcing for the brand’s direct‑to‑consumer model. The Sourcing Manager builds and leads the sourcing function for Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen and Tabletop, scouting, onboarding and managing vendor partners to deliver cost‑effective, fast‑to‑market products. Gurgaon, India, on‑site role with opportunity to shape global supply chains for the US, Canada and Europe markets.

What you’ll do

• Scout and onboard vendor partners in target categories
• Drive excellence in partner operations and expand supplier base
• Manage capacity and style level to support growth
• Develop and negotiate cost structures using open costing expertise
• Act as ambassador to partners, building deep relationships
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for faster development
• Ensure product quality, cost, and speed meet market demands
• Collaborate across teams to align sourcing strategy

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years sourcing and merchandising experience in Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen and Tabletop
• Experience with high‑end national brands in US and Europe
• Strong vendor relationship and negotiation skills
• Open costing expertise and cost structure development
• Supply chain or operations background
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented
