About the role
Barry Callebaut's Sales Support team drives chocolate industry transformation by delivering product trainings and demonstrations that boost sales and brand awareness. The role designs, executes, and coordinates training sessions, collaborates with R&D to optimize formulations, and partners with Sales Managers to resolve functional complaints and retain customers. Based in Mumbai with on-site work, frequent travel across India is required, and relocation assistance is available.
What you’ll do
- Present product demonstrations and trainings to customers
- Design and coordinate training sessions ensuring budget and quality targets
- Collaborate with R&D to optimize product formulations
- Partner with Sales Managers to address complaints and retain customers
- Maintain food safety and quality management systems
What you’ll bring
- HM or Culinary Degree with professional pastry qualifications preferred
- 7-10 years experience in Bakery/HoReCa market
Nice to have
- Strong chocolate and compound knowledge
- Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce
- Fluent Business English and local language
