Senior Research Associate & Group Leader

About the role

DMPK Group at o2h Group focuses on in‑vitro ADME and DMPK studies to support drug discovery. The Senior Research Associate conducts routine ADME assays, develops LC‑MS/MS methods, analyzes data, and documents results, while the Group Leader mentors scientists, oversees assay design, manages CRO collaborations, and drives project delivery. Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Perform routine in‑vitro ADME assays
• Develop and optimise LC‑MS/MS analytical methods
• Process and analyse experimental data using GraphPad Prism and Excel
• Prepare experimental documentation and technical reports
• Coordinate with third‑party CROs for in‑vivo PK studies
• Lead and mentor a team of DMPK scientists
• Manage study budgets and resource allocation
• Present findings to internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Master's in Life Sciences
• 4-5 years experience with LC‑MS/MS
• Experience with HPLC and bio‑analytical studies
• Knowledge of cell culture and ADME assays
• Ability to troubleshoot experimental challenges
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast‑paced environment
