About the role
ABHFL Sales organization drives housing finance solutions across retail customers in Madhya Pradesh. The Senior Sales Manager leads a team of Sales Officers, plans and executes sales targets, manages client relationships, and ensures compliant operations with Risk and Operations teams. Based in Madhya Pradesh, on-site role with occasional travel to branch locations.
What you’ll do
- Plan and manage sales operations to achieve branch targets
- Guide and support Sales Officers in client acquisition and loan processing
- Coordinate with Risk, Operations and Sales Governance for compliant sales
- Drive cross‑selling of ABHFL and ABC products
- Monitor portfolio health and mitigate NPA risks
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years total sales experience in Banking/NBFC
- 2-3 years recent experience in HFC sales
