V&V Senior Engineer

About the role

Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) builds technology solutions for transportation and defense. The V&V Senior Engineer drives system-level test planning, creates automated test frameworks, and validates end‑to‑end functionality against requirements. Hyderabad, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Develop system requirements with engineering leads
• Create test plans, cases, procedures, and reports
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Select and integrate test tools to improve efficiency
• Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and reliability tests
• Validate end‑to‑end system functionality against requirements
• Prepare status reports and present to management
• Identify, document, and track defects and coordinate resolutions

• System requirements analysis and documentation
• Design and development of automated test scripts and frameworks
• Selection and integration of test tools and frameworks
• Functional, integration, regression, performance, and reliability testing
• Traceability of requirements to test cases using JIRA
• Technical guidance and mentorship for junior test personnel
• Collaboration with hardware, software, and systems engineers
