About the role
Bounteous India seeks a Senior Regulatory Product Owner in Gurgaon to drive product vision and delivery for complex regulatory reporting and compliance technology programs. The role involves translating financial services regulations into actionable Agile backlogs while managing stakeholder expectations and functional business analysis. This is an on-site position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
What you’ll do
- Own and drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery of regulatory reporting programs
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product backlogs
- Operate at the intersection of regulation, functional business analysis, and Agile delivery
- Manage backlog prioritization and user story definition
- Facilitate PI Planning and Agile ceremonies
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
- Manage data lineage and risk & compliance aspects
- Utilize Jira/Confluence for tracking and documentation
What you’ll bring
- 10–15 years of experience
- Regulatory Product Ownership expertise
- Deep knowledge of Financial Services Regulation
- Familiarity with APRA, ASIC, MiFID II, EMIR, BCBS 239
- Proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies
- Strong User Stories and Backlog Management skills
- Effective Stakeholder Management capabilities
- Business Analysis experience
