Customer Service Assistant

About the role

Mouser Electronics seeks a Customer Service Assistant in Pune to support department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom software for optimal customer experience. The role involves accurate data entry, processing international orders, providing chat support, and maintaining high service standards. This is an on-site position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

What you’ll do

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry using various computer programs and databases
• Proof material entered and generate data reports as required
• Review discrepancies in data received and advise supervisor of issues
• File, keep records, and distribute faxes, mail, e-mail, and reports
• Process work timely while meeting daily productivity and quality goals
• Provide Chat support in local language plus other required languages
• Support local Customer Service teams and assist with complex requests
• Promote high standards of quality and service excellence

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and planning/organizing abilities
