The Senior Full Stack Developer role focuses on building and maintaining web applications using React.js on the front end and Node.js on the back end. The position requires leading a small team, designing scalable features, ensuring performance and security, and collaborating closely with product managers and designers. Candidates should bring at least four years of full‑stack experience, strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, MongoDB, and MySQL, and familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and Agile practices. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Noida, and offers an opportunity to shape the next generation of health‑tech services.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of 4-5 developers.
• Develop and maintain React.js front‑end and Node.js back‑end.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and best‑practice contributions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience as Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, MongoDB, MySQL.
• Strong understanding of web security principles.
