style="font-size:14px;">5+ years in a leadership role within EV chargers, electronics manufacturing, power electronics, automotive electronics, EMS, or electrical equipment industries.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience in managing plant quality, supplier quality, customer quality, and quality systems.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:14px;">Technical Knowledge</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">EV Charger products (AC Chargers, DC Fast Chargers).</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Power electronics, PCB assemblies, wiring harnesses, controllers, communication modules.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Testing and validation processes.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Root Cause Analysis tools: 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Reliability testing, environmental testing, and safety compliance.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Knowledge of standards such as:</span><ul><li><span customer complaint reduction and warranty improvement.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Lead audits (internal, customer, certification).</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Monitor supplier quality performance and development.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Ensure compliance with EV charger regulatory standards.</span></li><li><span
