About the role

Assistant General Manager – Planning at :q Realty drives the end‑to‑end construction project planning for the Gurgaon site. The role develops detailed activity and area plans, tracks daily progress against the schedule, monitors costs, and updates the project management system. It ensures contractor performance aligns with the plan and escalates issues to procurement and contracts managers. The position is based in Gurgaon, India, with an on‑site work model.
