About the role

Oracle Fusion Intercompany Implementation team at KPMG Assurance builds end‑to‑end intercompany solutions within Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM Cloud. The Assistant Manager leads workshops, designs fit‑gap analysis, configures AGIS components, and manages UAT and data migration to ensure seamless transaction processing and accurate financial reporting. Based in Gurgaon, India, the role is on‑site with a full‑time schedule.

What you’ll do

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements
• Perform fit‑gap analysis and produce functional specifications (MD50/BR100)
• Configure AGIS components and approval workflows
• Define intercompany balancing rules
• Design and manage integrations and UAT
• Oversee data migration and cutover activities
• Configure OTBI and BI Publisher reports
• Ensure accurate elimination entries and financial reporting

What you’ll bring

• 6-12 years Oracle Cloud Financials Functional – Intercompany
• Experience with General Ledger, Payables, Receivables
• Client‑facing and onsite experience
• End‑to‑end implementation ownership
• Cloud experience mandatory
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, MBA, CA, or equivalent
