What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with government clients
- Drive business generation within risk parameters
- Ensure KYC compliance and risk categorization
- Lead and mentor a team to uphold service standards
- Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams
- Analyze client financials to mitigate risks
- Implement strategies for customer penetration and revenue diversification
- Monitor portfolios and address client issues
What you’ll bring
- Graduate in any discipline
- Postgraduate degree preferred, ideally MBA in Finance
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Government Banking
