About the role
Global Regulatory & Risk team at Deutsche Bank drives compliance initiatives across private banking. The Project & Change Execution Manager leads autonomous, multi‑regional AFC and Risk projects, defining governance, timelines and delivering global trainings. Mumbai office, on-site work model, with collaboration across AFC, KYC, Compliance and business units.
What you’ll do
- Analyze regulatory changes and document requirements with stakeholders
- Define project approach, governance, deliverables and timelines
- Coordinate cross‑regional implementation and present updates to global committees
- Manage RAID, financial reporting and remove blockers
- Align business requirements with AFC, KYC, CLO, COO and Operations teams
- Organize and deliver global trainings and communications
Nice to have
- 5+ years project management experience
- Proven track record in multi‑location regulatory projects
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication in English
- Knowledge of AFC, AML, KYC, sanctions and risk frameworks
- Understanding of private banking products
