About the role
Commercial Center of Excellence - Sales Operations & Analytics team at Marsh builds data-driven sales support for the UK Risk Business. The Senior Manager leads sales reporting, data accuracy, and AI‑enhanced workflow optimization, partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Gurugram, hybrid (3 days onsite per week).
What you’ll do
- Support sales operations and deliver actionable insights for UK business
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of sales data and reporting
- Leverage in‑house AI tools to optimize sales workflows
- Manage CRM coordination, training, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth
What you’ll bring
- 7-9 years sales reporting and analytics experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Advanced Power BI dashboard creation
- Experience with Visual Studio, ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication
