What you’ll do
- Lead Global Supplier Quality Management team
- Oversee supplier reassessments, performance scorecards, and quality agreements
- Manage supplier audit program and implement improvement tools
- Develop and maintain Approved Supplier List across sites
- Monitor KPI health and provide metrics to leadership
- Serve as SME for audits and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and global locations
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
